A:Hi
ThinkDiag2 only supports 12V car diagnosis, please note that if you plug it into a car larger than 12V, such as 24V, it will burn out the device and may cause a short circuit in the car, causing some damage to the car.

Thinkdiag2 only supports 1-year full software function use and update
after 1-year, if you don't renew it, you can only use the basic OBDII full function.
